Thank you for considering or being a part of the Dossier Rewards Program (the “Rewards Program”) and taking advantage of our loyalty points to enjoy Dossier’s products at a discount. It’s been a great run, but we’ve decided to end the Rewards Program and will be cancelling the program and all memberships effective as of November 14, 2024 11:59 EST. This cancellation includes all components of the Rewards Program.

This change will impact both our enrolled members and nonmembers who have made purchases through our trydossier.ca US website. Prior to the Ending Time and Date, both members and nonmembers will be able to continue to earn loyalty points. After the November 14, 2024, no one will be eligible to earn any additional loyalty points and no further loyalty points will be issued. As of December 31st 2024, all points will expire and can no longer be redeemed.

If you are currently an enrolled member of the Rewards Program and have less than 500 loyalty points in your Rewards Program account as of the Ending Time and Date, we will close your account and cancel all remaining loyalty points in the account at that time. This is because under the Rewards Program, at least 500 loyalty points are needed to be eligible to redeem the minimum $5 discount at checkout.

If you are currently an enrolled member of the Rewards Program and have more than 500 loyalty points in your Rewards Program account as of the Ending Time and Date, you will continue to be able to use your loyalty points valid until they expire on December 31, 2024. Please note that your loyalty points will expire after one year of account inactivity.

What is The Dossier Club?

The Dossier Club is our loyalty and referral program. You can earn points towards discounts and move up our tiers to get the most out of The Dossier Club. You can also refer a friend to get discounts. To enjoy the Dossier club, you need to create an account. Points are accumulated since the launch of the Dossier Club: 10/05/2021.

How do I create an account?

Signing up is easy! Simply create an account by The dossier club.
Important: anyone who purchases earns points and is a member of the loyalty program, however, to be able to redeem those points and have advantages you must sign up on our Dossier Club page.

How do I update my account?

You can update your shipping and billing address at any time by logging in and clicking “My Account” on the top right corner of the screen. You’ll also be able to access your points balance, order history and etc.

What are the tiers in the Dossier Club?

Our Dossier Club tiers offer exclusive perks and benefits based on how many points you’ve earned in the last 12 months. Fraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day of the order before you move up a tier. Everyone starts out at the Member tier, and can move up to become a Silver. The higher your tier, the better your benefits.

How can I earn points?

Every purchase you make is rewarded with points! You can also earn points by following us on social media, referring friends, sharing feedback on our products, etc. More details on our Dossier Club page.

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points is easy! Once you go to checkout simply apply your points from the drop down menu for money off your order.

Do my points or rewards expire?

Rewards points will expire after 1 year of inactivity. This means that if there is no change to your account, all Rewards earned in the previous 12 months will automatically be removed from your account.

What is the referral program?

The other program that we released is the referral program: Give $10*, get $10.
You can refer a friend and get $10* off.
Give your friends $10* off their first order and get $10* (in points) for each successful referral.
*For any order over $80.

How to collect points from reviews?

Points are given to Verified Buyers - reviewers who have confirmed purchases our store.

When will I get my birthday discount?

If you sign up and set your birthday to more than 30 days away, there is no issue. You will receive the reward on your birthday. If you sign up and set your birthday to less than 30 days away, you will need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from the date you set your birthday.
Fraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day they set their birthday.

Is my free gift returnable or exchangeable?

No, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange free products unless your products arrived damaged.

I referred a friend but did not receive my reward, why?

Your friend must make their first purchase of $80+ using your referral link in order to receive your referral points. Be sure to remind your friend to make their purchase!

When will I see my points adjustment after shopping?

Points earned with each purchase are updated once your order is processed. Points earned using other program benefits may be reflected immediately in your account, with the exception of referrals. How do I earn points for a review?

Points can be earned for reviews on Verified Orders. Verified orders are review requests that are emailed to you a couple of weeks after your order was placed. From that email you can submit a review on a recent verified order. Reviews written on the website directly are not able to be verified by the Rewards system and are not eligible for Reward points.
