The Dossier Club is our loyalty and referral program. You can earn points towards discounts and move up our tiers to get the most out of The Dossier Club. You can also refer a friend to get discounts. To enjoy the Dossier club, you need to create an account. Points are accumulated since the launch of the Dossier Club: 10/05/2021.

Signing up is easy! Simply create an account by The dossier club.
Important: anyone who purchases earns points and is a member of the loyalty program, however, to be able to redeem those points and have advantages you must sign up on our Dossier Club page.

You can update your shipping and billing address at any time by logging in and clicking “My Account” on the top right corner of the screen. You’ll also be able to access your points balance, order history and etc.

Our Dossier Club tiers offer exclusive perks and benefits based on how many points you’ve earned in the last 12 months. Fraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day of the order before you move up a tier. Everyone starts out at the Member tier, and can move up to become a Silver. The higher your tier, the better your benefits.
Member: $0 - $149
Silver: $150 - $299

Every purchase you make is rewarded with points! You can also earn points by following us on social media, referring friends, sharing feedback on our products, etc. More details on our Dossier Club page.

Redeeming your points is easy! Once you go to checkout simply apply your points from the drop down menu for money off your order.

Rewards points will expire after 1 year of inactivity. This means that if there is no change to your account, all Rewards earned in the previous 12 months will automatically be removed from your account.

The other program that we released is the referral program: Give $10*, get $10.
You can refer a friend and get $10* off.
Give your friends $10* off their first order and get $10* (in points) for each successful referral.
*For any order over $80.

Points are given to Verified Buyers - reviewers who have confirmed purchases our store.

If you sign up and set your birthday to more than 30 days away, there is no issue. You will receive the reward on your birthday. If you sign up and set your birthday to less than 30 days away, you will need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from the date you set your birthday.
Fraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day they set their birthday.

No, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange free products unless your products arrived damaged.

Your friend must make their first purchase of $80+ using your referral link in order to receive your referral points. Be sure to remind your friend to make their purchase!

Points earned with each purchase are updated once your order is processed. Points earned using other program benefits may be reflected immediately in your account, with the exception of referrals. Points can be earned for reviews on Verified Orders. Verified orders are review requests that are emailed to you a couple of weeks after your order was placed. From that email you can submit a review on a recent verified order. Reviews written on the website directly are not able to be verified by the Rewards system and are not eligible for Reward points.
