⭐ 1/5 — Absolutely appalling customer service

I’ve spent thousands of dollars with Dossier over the years and genuinely loved their fragrances, but after this experience, I will never purchase from them again.

I accidentally entered an old shipping address and contacted Dossier the SAME DAY, before my order had shipped. Rather than attempt to help, I was repeatedly told their system was automated and nothing could be done.

I spent HOURS doing the legwork myself, contacting their new delivery company, UniUni, and identifying their fulfillment provider, ShipBob. UniUni confirmed in writing that they hadn’t even received my package yet and directed me back to the vendor. I provided Dossier with this information and specifically asked them to contact their fulfillment provider to investigate stopping or redirecting the shipment.

Not once did Dossier confirm that anyone even attempted to help. Instead, I received the same generic policy responses over and over.

What made this experience especially frustrating was the incredibly dismissive and condescending way their representative communicated with me. I was repeatedly lectured about my responsibility to enter the correct address, despite having acknowledged my mistake from the beginning. At one point, they even suggested I return the package once I received it, despite knowing it was being shipped to an address where I no longer lived!
