This scent is subtle and has strong character.
The warm smokey notes are perfect with the tannins of chestnut.
My body chemistry loves it.
Think a dark and cozy library, panelled wood, fireplace, and foxed paper. Or maybe a dark cabin after a day of upland sport. Coal fire, damp wool, milled almond soap from the mornings shave.
Suffice to say, this is absolutely a Gentleman’s scent, in the way too many have forgotten the word Gentleman.
