This is a scent that I’ve started to experience more and more in the wild lately. Both from the brand that it’s inspired by, but more recently in retail items like candles and soaps. I think that exposure is what is finally allowing me to give an honest opinion of it. This scent really needs to be a support character or in the background. It’s way too OP on it’s own, but if you layer it and use it sparingly it can do amazing things. The problem I always ran into was due to exclusivity and high price point originally people would use it on it’s own or cover themselves in it to proclaim the wealth they had. Now that Dossier has given a product for us mere mortals, we can finally experiment with it and do it justice, and you should too. It pairs nicely with a wide array of marine and clean scents. Go have fun with it. The reason it gets 4 stars is because on it’s own it’s a lot.
