      Based on my experience, the product does not match its description or expected quality. I am requesting a full refund and would like instructions on how to return the item.

      I would like to return this product and receive a full refund.

      This is an extremely disappointing purchase. The product is advertised as a perfume, but it performs more like scented water. The fragrance is barely noticeable when sprayed, and whatever scent is present disappears almost immediately. It has virtually no lasting fragrance and does not perform like a perfume should.

      Based on my experience, the product does not match its description or expected quality. I am requesting a full refund and would like instructions on how to return the item.

      Absolutely terrible product. Its complete waste of money. This “perfume” is nothing more than scented water and I use the word “scented” very generously because there is virtually no fragrance whatsoever. The moment I sprayed it, I could barely detect any smell and what little there was disappeared within seconds. It’s like spraying plain water on your skin. I want my money back this is not a perfume, it’s false advertising. Do not buy!

      Dupe ? Really

      This perfum does not smell like the real Tom Ford.

      I was really disapointed. Gives me bad headache so it is a total waste.

      They refused to refund me.

      Really bad expérience overall.

      I do not recommand Dossier at all.

      Weak smell probably due to sitting on shelf for too long !

      Smells nice but unfortunately, the perfume has a very weak smell . It was manufactured in June 2023 and delivered to me in June 2026. Contacted customer service for exchange but not much use.

      Im happy with the other 6 perfumes i bought though .
